Do you need access to read my emails?

Not always. Some ban types, like enforcement bans, usually allow appeals from any email instead of only the account's linked email. In those cases, RoAppeal generates a secure email inbox for your account by default, so your email access is not needed. If your appeal does need your linked email, we connect to your Gmail or Outlook account through a secure OAuth2 app, so no password is required, and only access Roblox support emails so AI can draft and send replies to support tickets when needed. We never read unrelated emails, and you can revoke access from your Google Account or Microsoft account at any time. More email connections will be supported in the future.
